The waiter call system is used as an added value to the existing service. Guests are always being attended to, even when they are out of sight and/or at busy periods. Guests are able to acquire for service from various locations. Each call unit is linked to a table number. By pressing the button it wirelessly calls the waiter. The buttons of the table unit have functions which will be programmed as per your wishes. The waiter carries a text pager that receives the call. Immediately after receiving the call the waiter gets an overview of which table the call was made from and what is being asked for. Due to the waterproof finish, this table unit is rainproof and has a range of up to 300 meters.

Table Unit Call Button
The table unit is attached to the table or located in the lounge area. Each call unit has a number that refers to the location. There are two buttons, namely: 'order', 'bill', which can be changed as per your request. The table unit can be mounted on a surface and is waterproof. The tablet unit is powered by a battery.

The text pager comes with a clip allowing them to be worn. The screen will show the message and the table number. When multiple calls are received, the list of calls can be scrolled through. In addition to receiving text messages, a light, vibration or sound signal are received which can be set independently. This pager is powered by a AAA battery.
