Twenty pagers to hand out to waiting customers. Whenever there is a waiting queue or even only waiting time, hand over a pager to your customer. A pager gives freedom to wait anywhere in a radious of 600 meters. Best service and most convenient. This customer paging system consists of:
- 1 x Transmitter / Charger Matrix
- 20 x Matrix Pager
How does it work?
A customer receives a pager upon arrival and when any waiting time is involved. Maybe an estimated waiting time can be communicated so the customer knows if they can go to another store or have a look at your new products.
Each pager has a unique number which is the reference to the customer. This same pager number is used to notify a waiting customer. Just enter the pager number on the transmitter to activate the pager. The pager gives a sound, vibration and/or light signal.

Transmitter Matrix
This transmitter has room for thirty pagers, which functions as charging stations. Pagers are called by entering the pager number on the transmitter. If more pagers are needed, an additional charging station for fifteen pagers can be connected to the transmitter. The transmitter measures the average waiting time, the average time that pagers are issued. Optionally, the transmitter can be linked to the internal system so that it can be called from your own (POS) system.
Pager Matrix
The pager is similar in size to a mobile phone. Due to the shape of the pager, these can be easily worn in, for example, a trousers pocket or a pocket. The pager displays a light, vibration or sound signal, which is independently programmed of each other. The pager has a display on which the page number can be read. This number refers to a guest and order.
