How do I place an order?
An order can be placed simply by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Once you're done shopping, click the "shopping cart" button at the top right to finish your order. From this window you can enter the required information so that we can deliver the order.

What are the delivery terms?
All products are delivered from stock as long as stocks last. You can indicate when ordering to deliver the products on location or to send them by mail. Installation within the Netherlands costs € 50, - and shipping by post costs € 10, -. Installation in Belgium costs € 70, - and shipping by post costs € 20, -.

What payment method can I pay at Ceyont?
Your order from the webshop can be safely paid online at Ceyont. The products can be paid with:

iDeal
Direct bank transfer
Belfius Direct Net
Bancontact / Mister Cash

Are there any additional costs for the different payment methods?
No, Ceyont does not charge additional charges for the different online payment methods.

Can I safely pay at Ceyont?
Yes, you can pay securely online at Ceyont. Pages that require personal information to be displayed or filled in are protected with an SSL certificate (HTTPS and / or a top or bottom cover of the webpage). If you do not see this security, do not transfer to payment.

How do I know if my payment has been successful?
After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically within a few minutes. Did not you receive this mail? The email may have ended up in your junk mail.

Not found? Then check if your account has been charged or reorder your order.

How do I know the status of my order?
The order will be shipped within 24 hours. If this is different, you will be notified by mail.

I have not received a confirmation email. What now?
After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically within a few minutes. Did not you receive this mail? Perhaps the email has ended in your junk mail. Do not find your order? Then reorder your order. Otherwise, you can always contact us.

Can I change my order?
Have you made a wrong choice or have you changed your mind? Adaptations are possible in consultation.

How can an item after ordering be sold out?
Sometimes a product on ceyont.com is temporarily out of stock. You will be notified immediately. As soon as the item is back in stock, you will receive an email and the order will be delivered immediately.
