This all-in-one customer paging system is a good solution for handling waiting customers, a long queue and most important: to improve your service! Simply hand over a pager to waiting customers and improve waiting experience.
This customer paging system exists of:
- 1 x Transmitter
- 10 x Matrix Pager
How does it work?
When a customer or visitor arrives at your store and they have to wait, release them with a pager. Each pager has a unique number that refers to the person. The system has a range of up to 600 meters, this can be extended with a range extender up to 2 kilometers. The person with the pager can go wherever they want within range and when they are due to be served you can call the pager, the pager gives a signal that notifies this person to report at the agreed place and to return the pager.

Transmitter Matrix
This transmitter has room for thirty pagers, which functions as charging station. Pagers are called by entering the pager number on the transmitter. If more pagers are needed, an additional charging station for fifteen pagers can be connected to the transmitter. The transmitter measures the average waiting time, the average time that pagers are issued. Optionally, the transmitter can be linked to the internal system so that it can be called from your own (POS) system.
Pager Matrix
The pager is similar in size to a mobile phone. Due to the shape of the pager, these can be easily worn in, for example, a trousers pocket or a pocket. The pager displays a light, vibration or sound signal, which is independently programmed of each other. The pager has a display on which the page number can be read. This number refers to a guest and order.
