With this web software, pagers can be called from any computer connected to the internal LAN network to, for example, instruct drivers to drive to the loading or unloading location. Description of the logistics calling system
With this web-based software (API driven) it is possible for gatekeepers, dispatchers/forwarders to guide truck or forklift drivers. The software records which pager has been issued and which driver with any additional data. This software makes it possible for forwarding agents to send truck or forklift drivers a call to make their way to an agreed space on the premises. In addition, relevant information such as time of entry and departure time is stored, giving insight into the waiting times. 

The interface of the software is designed in such a way that it is easy for everyone to work with. Drivers can register themselves in advance and in this way understand when it's a favourable or convenient time to register with the company and select a pager in advance. From the registration information, you will have knowledge of the cargo, registration number, customer/client, arrival time and waiting time. Profiles can be created per user or per groups of users. These profiles can be categorised into departments, divisions and job descriptions. This makes it easy to select the person or group to whom communication is required. 
Full communication with time indication is stored on a local server. 

This makes it transparent for analysis and improvement. Miscommunication or stagnation in the processes can be analysed and the efficiency can be increased.
