Description
A visitor signs up, places an order and should wait a little while to get help or their order. To optimize the guest experience give your waiting customers a coaster. The coaster is a round buzzer that gives a light and vibration signal, possibly with a sound. With the coaster, guests can wait inside or outside in a radius of up to 400 meters. When the order is ready to be collected, the coaster is called by entering the number of the coaster on the transmitter. This number is quoted in the cashier system (POS) on the receipt, so you have a clear reference for who the order is for and no longer need to look or call.
This call system consists of:

How does it work?
When guests need to wait for their order, they receive a coaster pager. With this coaster pager guest are offered to wait within a radius of 400 meters to 2 kilometers maximum with a range extender. When the order is ready to be picked up by the guest, they are notified via the transmitter. The coaster pager lights up, vibrates and / or gives sound signal. With this signal the guests know that they are expected at the counter and the coaster pager can be returned against the order.

The caller has eight buttons, each button calls a coaster. The call device is powered by 3 AAA batteries.
A modern and thin coaster that is waterproof and vandal-proof. The coaster produces a light, vibration and/or sound signal which are programmed independently. The sound can be a melody or beep. By default, the coasters are programmed with 30 seconds vibration and light function, so without sound. If a sound signal is also required, you can indicate this upon ordering. The number of coasters you need can be measured by the number of orders at the busiest time of the day.
To charge the coasters, they are stacked on the charging station, up to fifteen coasters per charging station.
